Owners' Council* Lunch and Learn:

Making Every Dollar Count for Deffered Maintenance and Construction, through Proper Planning

● Aging buildings and infrastructure.

● Growing backlogs of deferred maintenance.

●Limited capital and operational funds.

These are hot new trends affecting public or private institutions across the country, though they grew more urgent with the recession of 2008. The good news is that over the past decade, we are seeing measurable relief from this vicious cycle.

In this lunch and learn we will delve into these issues, show their impact, and offer innovative ways institutions are addressing current challenges and making proactive plans for the future.

We will use benchmark data from more than 450 higher education institutions in North America, and consider the ways in which this information and these techniques can be applied to institutions of all kinds.

Our presenter will be Peter Zuraw, Vice President, Market Strategy & Development, Sightlines, a Connecticut based company that provides evaluation, service, and edcuation for facilities management. (See Peter's bio below.)

There is no cost to attend this presentation.
