Now in its second year, the Institute's 2019 AEC Leadership Conference: Get to Know the Leader in You builds on the success of last year’s conference, bringing you tools to design your unique path to leadership. This year's keynotes, panelists, and workshop leaders will take you through a self-discovery assessment that is both inspiring and practical. The future of the industry is in your hands.

Leadership programs come in many shapes and sizes across local, regional, and national areas, but leadership programs focused specifically on the AEC/O industry are few and far between. Our purpose driven program gives you the opportunity to meet the challenges you will face as our industry embraces new technologies and new ways of working.

Check out Maria Maia of Montagno Construction's article discussing leading the AEC industry to the future.
