Sample Programs & Classes The Construction Institute is embarking on an extensive on-line initiative called the "Knowledge Network". Our mission is to make learning more accessable and participation more interactive.  As The Construction Institute grows geographically we need to overcome the constraints of time and travel and still allow for active participation for our members "wherever and whenever" they may be.
