Joyce Topshe
Associate Vice President for Facilities,
Wesleyan University,
Middletown, CT
Joyce has had an impressive and diverse career in facilities, construction, development, and government. Since joining Wesleyan in 2000, her team has completed more than 1,000 projects totaling more than $300 million, resulting in a dramatic tranformation of the 2.9 million square foot campus of 330 buildings. She has been an active and important resource to the Construction Institute for many years where she serves on the Board of Directors and the Education Committee.

Facilities Management Council
The Facilities Management Council (FMC) is an advisory council to the Institute and is responsible for providing information on all aspects of facilities management with goals of improving efficiency and cost effectiveness and serving as the leaders on all facilities issues that impact the construction industry. It is co-chaired by Donata Perra of St. Mary's Hospital in Waterbury and David Bull of Quinebaug Valley Community College.

Ron van Winkle, former CI Executive Director and recipient of the Institute's first Distinguished Service Award was recently named Town Manager for the Town of West Hartford, CT.
Fusco Corporation has appointed Sara Ruggiero as Marketing Director overseeing all marketing activities. Sara is the President-elect for SMPS-Connecticut.
JCJ Architecture has appointed Beth Haas, CPSM to fill the new position of Communications Coordinator. She is handling the coordination and implementation of all internal and external communication initiatives company-wide.
JCJ Architecture has appointed Diane DeGray to its Marketing Department. She is working with the firm's marketing team to develop successful strategies for marketing and business development. She serves on the CI Marketing Committee.

Grace was Administrative and Marketing Manager for Gibble Norden Champion Brown Consulting Engineers since 2000. Grace was dedicated to furthering the marketing profession in the AEC industry and served on Society for Marketing Professional Services CT Chapter board and committees for many years.
