Kara Gruss, chair of the Construction Institute’s Education Committee, and Nancy Greenwald co-authored an article in the latest issue of the New England Real Estate Journal about the next event in the Construction Institute 101 series, “The Life Cycle & Costing of a Construction Management (CM) at Risk Project” taking place on June 1st on the University of Hartford main campus.
