NEW for 2009-2010 Program Year
Enhanced Member Benefits for Major Programs
Discounted Program Pricing…continues to allow Members to pay $75 to register for any and all CI Major Programs. This is a $25 discount compared to non-member registration fees.
Value for CI Members…$25 per person for each Major Program
One “Free Program” Registration…allows each Member firm to register one employee for a single CI Major Program at no cost. The free registration excludes the annual “State of the State” event but can be used for any other single program during the Program/ Membership year issued.
Value added for CI Members…$75 per firm
Multiple Attendee Discounts…allow Members who register two attendees for a single Major Program to send one additional attendee at no additional cost. The multiple registration discount can be used for any and all programs but must be used during the Program/ Membership year issued.
Value added for CI Members …$75 for each Major Program
Enhanced Member Benefits for Professional Development Workshops
Discounted Workshop Pricing… enables Members to register for any and all Professional Development Workshops for $165. This is a $30 discount compared to non-member registration fees.
Value added for CI Members…$30 per person for each Workshop
Multiple Attendee Discounts…allow Members who register two attendees for a single Professional Development Workshop to send one additional attendee at no additional cost. The multiple registration discount can be used for any and all programs but must be used during the year issued.
Value added for CI Members …$165 for each Workshop
Certificate Program Discounts…reduce the Member advance purchase price for the Construction Management or Facilities Management Certificate programs to just $950…A reduction of $110 off the current $1,060 non-member price.
Value added for CI Members…$110 additional discount for each Certificate participant

New Small Firm Member Level
The Institute has responded to Member requests and has added a new tier for companies with fewer than 10 employees. This new level makes membership even more affordable for smaller firms.
The New Member Levels and Investments are:
• 1 - 3 Employees - $350
• 4 - 9 Employees - $525
• 10 - 24 Employees - $725
• 25 or More Employees - $950
• Government Agencies and Municipalities - $300
