Virtual Meeting ConnectionBecause our members are located throughout New England, it is not always practical or possible to attend meetings in person. Virtual meeting technology is available, allowing committee members to attend meetings via conference calls and web based presentations when an in-person presence is not possible.
A virtual meeting call-in phone number and access code is listed in the detail page for a meeting. Go to your committee page and click on "Meeting Schedule" to choose the details of your specific meeting.
Information on how to plan for, and use the virtual meeting technology is included here. You will need to contact CI administrative supprort to schedule a meeting, or if you require assistance.
To attend a meeting via CONFERENCE CALL:
- Go to your scheduled meeting page to retrieve:
- meeting phone number
- meeting access code
- Phone in at the scheduled meeting time
and enter the meeting access code when prompted.
