Cancellation PolicyProfessional Education Workshops:
Cancellations / Refunds / Substitutions:
All cancellations are subject to a $35 cancellation/registration fee and must be made 5 business days prior to a workshop event. Substitutions are welcomed and must be made before the start date of any workshop. If you do not attend the workshop and fail to notify us you will still be responsible for the fee. No refunds will be made with less than 5 business days notice of withdrawal from the workshop. Please let us know as soon as possible if you cannot attend. Workshops may be rescheduled due to instructor conflict. We reserve the right to cancel due to insufficient enrollment, in which case workshop fees will be refunded in full. Banquet / Golf:
7 days prior to event for refunds. If amount is outstanding, the entire amount will still be due the Construction Institute.
Seminars, Forums and Socials (Including Technology Breakfast Seminars)
Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to event for refund. If amount is outstanding, the entire amount will still be due the Construction Institute.
