Construction Contracting & Change Orders
Construction Management Certificate Requirement
Thursday, March 18, 2010
8 AM - 12 PM
A "good" construction contract will not always guarantee success. However, a "bad" construction contract will almost always result in failure.
Similarly, not knowing how to navigate the complexities of the change order process can expose your company to substantial risk and potential litigation. This course will teach you the fundamentals of good construction contracts and what to look out for in order to preserve your rights.
The course will also examine the change order process and teach you how to establish and preserve your rights accordingly.
Instructor, David E. Rosengren, Esq., Partner, Pepe & Hazard law firm, is a member of the Construction and Surety Practice Group, as a litigation attorney whose focus is construction, engineering & design.
