I-95 Corridor Regional Construction Forecast
Covering New Haven and Fairfield Counties

"The Connecticut Coast ... Opportunities and Challenges"

Thursday, May 28, 2009
Registration & Networking - 7:45 AM -- Program - 8:30-11 AM
3 Corporate Drive, Enterprise Corporate Park, Shelton, CT

This program will explore the challenges and opportunities for Design & Construction in Southern Connecticut, as well as highlight and define on-going and future projects that are being developed along the I-95 Corridor extending from New Haven to Fairfield County.

Exploring public and private sector markets, this program will inform A/E/C industry attendees of current economic trends, future growth strategies and opportunities that exist for potential work for their firms.

Winding through New Haven, Bridgeport, Fairfield and Stamford, while making its way to Greenwich... being fed by Danbury and Waterbury, the I-95 Corridor truly ‘connects the dots' of construction opportunity.

Opportunity is sometimes hard to fathom in today's market, yet private projects are underway in New Haven and Fairfield Counties. What insights drive those investors and what public investments will shape future economic activity?

This program - - as part of CI's Special Economic Series - - will identify these projects, introduce you to their champions and sponsors, and more importantly, provide insights into opportunities for you and your firm.
