Programs and Events CT DPW Vendor Fair Date: Oct 23, 2008 Time: 12:00 pm - 4:00 am Add to your calendar Location: CT Convention Center, Hartford Registration:  Member Price: $135.00 Affiliate Price: $135.00 Non-Member Price: $135.00 (Click appropriate link to purchase tickets) CT DPW Vendor Open House October 23, 2008 --- Noon – 4:00 p.m. Connecticut Convention Center, Hartford, CT On Thursday, October 23, 2008, CT DPW will hold an Open House for prospective Architectural & Engineering firms and Construction Administrators who interested in A/E consulting work on DPW projects. Construction Administration (CA) firms are those professional construction administration firms and construction companies that perform as Construction Administrators and are interested in CA work with DPW. The purpose of this “open house” is to provide A/E’s and construction industry representatives the opportunity to meet and greet DPW Bureau of Design & Construction personnel and to present their firm’s work and services. Deadline to register for this event is Monday, October 20, 2008. Space is Limited… Register Early!  The event will take place from approximately Noon - 4:00 p.m. at the Connecticut Convention Center in Hartford. Cost:    $ 135 For Architectural & Engineering firms and Construction Administrators DPW Vendors must register with the Construction Institute for the DPW Open House The Cost includes:   - One draped table & two chairs (Any displays should be confined to that space)   - An afternoon refreshment break    - Electricity or Internet Access must be arranged directly with the Connecticut Convention Center at additional cost to the vendor The function room will be available at 9:00 a.m. and table set up may begin anytime thereafter. The Construction Institute, University of Hartford will provide logistical support for the venue and will administer the pre-registration of firms, assignment of space, vendor check-in and monitor day of event activities.
