After a total of 30 years in Aetna corporate real estate and as Vice President of Facilities at The University of New Haven, Tom is an expert in program management, facilities management, strategic planning, and facilities planning. He specializes in move management having developed a program to identify, control, and manage the complex activities required to successfully move.


Tom developed the RFP Workshop for the Construction Institute that was also adapted by the Associated General Contractors of America (AGC).
