History32th Anniversary
The Construction Institute was born during a time when the Connecticut construction industry was in a period of steep decline. The Institute is a result of a series of discussions held by prominent industry leaders in the mid-1970's who saw the need for an organization that could represent all segments of the construction industry. These discussions led to the creation of the Institute, which has over the past thirty years provided an opportunity for individuals to share experiences and knowledge, advance relationships, stimulate industry growth and develop business leaders.
